Shares of the International Green Technologies and Investment Projects Center returned to the state ownership
The shares of Non-profit Joint-Stock Company «International Green Technologies and Investment Projects Center» have been returned to the state property. The corresponding Resolution was adopted by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Qazaq Green reported with reference to the press service of the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan.
«To accept the offer of «Association of Ecological Organizations of Kazakhstan» to transfer 50 (fifty) percent + 1 share from the general share of the non-commercial joint-stock company to the republican property « International Green Technologies and Investment Projects Center» under the Gift Agreement», - noted in the text of the Resolution.
Note that the Center was established in April 2018 in order to promote green technologies and support the business through the introduction of BAT principles (best available technologies), which are aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the economy, quality of life of the population and reduction of negative impact on the environment.
In December 2018, 50 percent + 1 share was transferred to the ALE The Association of Environmental Organizations of Kazakhstan by direct targeted sale.
Thus, 100% of shares of Non-profit JSC «International Green Technologies and Investment Projects Center» will be owned by the state under the management of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of Kazakhstan.
