KMG and TotalEnergies discuss project for construction and operation of 1-GW wind farm
On 14 April, Magzum Mirzagaliyev, Chairman of the Management Board, JSC NC KazMunayGas, held a meeting with Julien Pouget, TotalEnergies Senior Vice President for Asia Pacific, QazaQ Green reports citing the press office of KazMunayGas.
The parties discussed current cooperation issues and business opportunities.
“The managers discussed the project for construction and operation of a 1-GW hybrid wind complex with up to 1 GWh of battery storage capacity,” – the press office informs.
Julien Pouget commended the current relationship between the companies and emphasized that TotalEnergies will continue to closely cooperate with KMG on alternative energy and other focus areas.
