Registration of participants in the auction for WPP, HPP, SPP and BioPP begins in September
QAZAQ GREEN. Between November 13 and November 30 of this year, in line with the 2023 auction schedule as endorsed by Order No. 187 of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, dated May 23, 2023, auctions will be conducted to select renewable energy projects within the zones of the Unified Electric Power System of the Republic of Kazakhstan. These projects encompass the construction of wind farms, hydroelectric power plants, solar power plants, and bio-power plants.
The JSC "Kazakhstan Operator of the Electric Energy and Capacity Market" would like to announce that starting from September 25, 2023, the registration process for auction participants will commence, categorized by the types of renewable energy sources, the zones within the Unified Electric Network, and their respective capacities.
