Submission of a price request at auction for the MGM changed in Kazakhstan

QAZAQ GREEN. JSC «KOREM» informs about changes in the submission of a price request at auction for the MGM.
JSC "KOREM" informs, that according to the protocol decision of the Meeting on the issue of changing the submission of a price application at auction for the construction of newly commissioned generation plants with maneuverable generation mode No. PR-193 dated 16.08.2024 of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, changes have been made in the MGM trading system and in the internal regulatory documentation governing the organization and conduct of auctions for the construction of newly commissioned generation plants with a maneuverable generation mode, approved by the Order of the Chairman of the Board of JSC "KOREM" dated December 14, 2022 No. 160-OD, in part of paragraph 64 of paragraph 2 of Chapter 6 as follows:
«64. Participants, at their discretion, before the end of the time for accepting applications for participation in the auction, change the previously submitted application by submitting a new application. At the same time, the participants indicate the price in the new application lower than in their previous application, and the volume of the previously submitted application is not subject to change. The price change step is at least 10 (ten) thousand tenge for 1 (one) MW per month.».
